Abdulrahman Al-Farsi is a Legal Associate at Decree. He focuses on legal research, legislative analysis, and policy-oriented projects across Omani and Saudi law, with particular emphasis on corporate, commercial, and regulatory frameworks. Abdulrahman holds an LLB (First Class) from the University of Liverpool.

Teema Al Sharji is an Associate Lawyer licensed before the Primary Courts of Oman, distinguished by her dual specialization in corporate advisory and dispute resolution. Fluent in both English and Arabic, she provides comprehensive legal counsel on Omani company law, labor regulations, and commercial contracts, while simultaneously managing complex litigation and debt recovery proceedings. Beyond her private practice, Teema is an active legal educator who regularly delivers professional seminars on topics ranging from the Omani Labour Law to the legal lifecycle of businesses. Recognized for her solution-driven approach, she holds certifications in Trainer Skills Development and is committed to fostering inclusivity and access to justice within the legal sector.

Zainab Al Harthi is a Legal Analyst at OQ SAOC, where she provides legal support on day-to-today corporate transactions, divestments, growth projects, and governance across OQ and its subsidiaries. Working as a generalist within the group’s parent-company structure, she brings a balanced and practical approach to a wide range of legal needs. She is also an active member of the Global Shapers Community – Muscat Hub, a World Economic Forum initiative focused on diving positive community impact, innovative solutions, and value partnerships with enablers.
